Could you help me please?

So, Ive always had a little crush on a guy at work him being 27 and i am 24. Well I am american and he is from mexico and i Love the culture so we talk alot about that at work and i ask him meanings or words in spanish etc just convosation. Well on friday nights my friends and I go to a mexican resturant eat and drink a magarita and listen to the little band lol sing its fun and food is amazing. Well after ten they close resturant door and do salsa/tango and just plain relax. Its nice and comfortable and not many people there. Well i invited him to come and he agreed and exchanged infomation. Well starting wenesday my tooth bothered me badly and i couldnt afford to get a root canal done being almost 400 dollars until friday and still would be tight so didnt get it done but that night was the nght of our hangout night. Well i didnt go to much pain and he understood and one of freind had a funeral calling to goto so just canceled all plans for that night. Anyways we texted all night early morning actually just stopped texting about 10 monutes ago. Well i asked if he would like to go tomarrow (today) and he said he could not cause his mother was staying at his apartment because she is here from mexico I was like ok no problem but he said i come come over for breakfast cause he will not get her from his sisters until noon. I was honest said i would not be up that early cause i dont go to sleep until like 5a.m. I work third shift so this is normal for me lol. Anywho he asked me to come over again sunday after church to meet his mother. I was shocked and said possibly and he mentioend she knew hardly any english and he would translate etc. Well i said ill let him know later and he said thats fine. Anywho he has a girlfriend nothing serious but a girlfriend and he mentioned he would just like to keep our friendship alive. He does not get out much or have many american friends and want to start a good one with me. Again Is this to you being friendly or do you think he likes me? Please help i was told mexican men can be flirtrs but thats any men. Should i say no to his offer or take advantage of it? He is gorgeous, tall great buit he looks italian but not please put your opinion out, thanks.
