salsa dance shoes

First off, thanks for taking the time to read this! Now here is my situation: The girl is a girl i have know my whole life. We grew up around eachother (family friends), always spent time with eachother at family occasions and stuff. I still continue to see her quite often because she is my friend – a good friend. There were moments i could have kissed her recently (or so it seemed) but I held back. We are both now 20 and our lives are changing fast, I just recently got a high paying job at Microsoft designing video games. I keep holding back because she is sending me mixed signals. I don’t know what she wants? She doesn’t know what she wants! Being friends this long is really throwing things off. But im pretty sure I love her because she is the most amazing but complicated girl i’ve ever know. I just recently watched the movie Titanic and she is just like the girl in that movie. I can’t describe why i like her so much. She is just a part of me. But recently, I went to this salsa dancing club with her and her friends and the whole time she tryed to dance with this hot, really good dancer. She only danced with me a little. So shes not crazy about getting with me. My point is i don’t know if i should like her more then just friends. Im afraid if i DID tell her how much i care for her she wouldn’t fully respect my love. But then again she might totaly respect it and ask me what took me so long. So i don’t know weather to let her go and get a diffrent girl or have her be apart of my life? Girls, what would you like to happen if you were in her shoes. Or what should i do.
