What can I make with a Jalapeno?
ByI bought a mango to make a nice mango salsa over some grilled chicken. My kids saw the mango and it didn’t have a chance (LOL). Now I have one jalapeno and I don’t know what to do it with it. The kids aren’t big on spice, so I was going to remove the vein in the jalapeno, but I’m still stuck. Help!

Dice if finely, sautee it in some b***er with some garlic and onions, add the rice and let it color a bit, add chicken or beef broth, and you have a savory rice.
